Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate should have strong programming expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), a solid understanding of Salesforce Customer Community, and hands-on experience with Salesforce administration tasks. Experience working with product development or managed packages will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components.
• Customize and extend Salesforce Customer Community (Experience Cloud) features and layouts.
• Build responsive UI components using LWC and integrate with backend Apex logic.
• Participate in the design and development of product features or managed packages.
• Perform regular Salesforce admin activities, including user management, security, data import/export, and workflow configurations.
• Ensure data integrity and support integration with external systems via REST APIs.
• Must follow best practices in development and deployment.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases and contribute to continuous platform improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Practical experience working with Salesforce Customer Community (Experience Cloud).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce admin capabilities—objects, flows, validation rules, roles/profiles, etc.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and web services.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce managed packages or AppExchange products will be highly considered.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification (Highly Needed).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (Low).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology (Low).
