App Integration Data Sync with Your Registration or Virtual Conference Platforms: One-Way or Two-Way?
Recorded on: November 17, 2021 - 1:00 PM
Many associations use multiple applications to manage events. Data can flow from one app to another:
- Event Registration to Virtual Conference Platform
- Association Management System (AMS) to Event Registration
- Virtual Conference Platform to Learning Management System (LMS)
Some apps make integration simple. Before you integrate, consider why you want to integrate and how. Evaluate what data needs to be imported and whether you need a one or two-way sync.
Join EVA’s meetings expert, Vinnu Deshetty as she walks you through the different data sync scenarios and helps you make the right choice for your association or nonprofit.
She will specifically review:
- Whether you truly need an integration
- The difference between one and two-way data sync
- Caution areas for two-way sync
- Ways to use one-way sync, but still get updated data
