    • Subscriptions can be canceled either immediately, or scheduled to be canceled at the end of the current term, from the Customer Portal. To do this, your customers should:
      • Go to the Subscriptions module.
      • Select a subscription.
      • Click the ellipsis (3-dot) menu in the top right corner.
      • Select Cancel Subscription.
      • Choose when the subscription has to be cancelled.

  • On the left side of the screen, there is a menu. Choose “Subscriptions.”
  • Login to your account on our Customer Portal.
  • Here’s how to change the credit card that’s used to auto-charge your customer’s subscription.
    • Go to the Subscriptions module from the left sidebar.
    • Select a subscription.
    • Click Update Card in the subscription’s Overview tab.
    • Select the card that you want use henceforth.
    • Click Save.

Now, this card will be used to auto-charge this subscription in the future.

Yes, you can add on event tech support at any time. Tech support is subscribed for 12 months and is automatically renewed. You may choose to cancel at any time, but will be responsible for the fees associated with the annual term.

Each plan comes with unlimited events.

All plans include unlimited attendees.

We offer monthly billing and annual billing. Depending on what option you choose, your subscription will be charged at the end of each month or at the end of your subscription year. You can check your account status in our Customer Portal.

If you do not cancel before the end of your first year, you will be automatically charged for your subscription
